Instructions for Best Use
Apply a small amount of Miracle Lotion + Magnesium to clean, dry skin and gently massage in. This magnesium lotion with CBD can be used daily or as needed, especially before bedtime to encourage relaxation. Avoid applying to broken or freshly shaved skin.
